These one bedroom, one bath colonial homes are located in the famous Santa Ana and Santiago districts of Merida's Centro Historico. From their original wooden front doors to their tall ceilings and tiled floors to their private bricked garden patios in the back, these are typical and charming Yucatecan homes.

The furnishings have been chosen by Georgia for their comfort and coziness, making these light and airy rentals feel like home from the minute you walk in!
The homes all have a spacious sala, or living room, with couches and ample light for reading. The bedrooms feature king, queen or double beds and are next to bathrooms that look out over the back patios. The kitchens are fully equipped with stoves, refrigerators and utensils for easy living. Two of the homes have air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans throughout.
Central Location
These charming homes are all located within walking distance from just about everything, including the Santa Ana, Santa Lucia and Santiago Parks with their signature mercados, their restaurants and their nighttime activities.
Also within easy walking distance is Paseo de Montejo, the scene of stately mansions, Saturday night's Noche Mexicana and the Sunday morning Bici-Ruta (Bicycle Route), not to mention the art museums and galleries of the Santa Ana District, the Archaeological Museum, and the Zocalo, the center of town, with all its museums, restaurants and shopping opportunities. There are also movie theatres, multiple pharmacies, convenience stores, churches and grocery stores.
