He arrives in Manhattan with a suitcase and a little money in his pocket. On his first night, he drinks himself into a stupor, falls asleep on the sidewalk, and is robbed of his suitcase. Over the next two days, we follow both Ray and the thief, who befriends him. Is there any hope Ray can get out of town and restart a life of work and sobriety, or is he stuck on the Bowery? Can the good thief help?

I put the subtitle info if they give it... This group of foreign films are short documentaries in French with Spanish subtitles... so that pretty much leaves out anyone who doesn't speak one of those languages.

  • Working Gringos 11 years ago

John, it does appear that the symphony has gotten more popular lately, doesn't it? We put the info up as soon as we get it. Sorry that you didn't see it in time. If you are on our mailing list, you will be notified when it is up on our website. Or you can monitor the symphony website regularly too.

  • Working Gringos 11 years ago

Sandra, we try to make a note. in general, when its a movie from the US, it will be subtitled in Spanish. If its a foreign film, it is often but not always provided with english subtitles.

  • John Venator 11 years ago

How do we get on the mail list for future information well in advance of the concerts by the symphony? Do we need to pay a membership fee?

Right now the concerts we just saw on your listing are basically all sold out except for a couple single tickets on the top most floor.

  • Sandra Boozell 11 years ago

Are any or all movies subtitled in English. We will be spending time in Merida and this info would help us plan our days
    Thank you

  • Mary Jungquist 11 years ago

    Ummm FULL Moon Jazz Festival.
