How to Get There from the Centro: For the one in Merida North, take Paseo de Montejo and Prolongacion until you reach Calle 37 in Colonia Emiliano Zapata. Turn right on Calle 37, and La Rueda will be on your right. For the original La Rueda, west of the centro, these directions from the Casual Critic's website: Go west out of town on Calle 59A, across Itzaes, which eventually turns into Avenida Canek. Turn right on Avenida 128 (you'll see the big Soriana on your right) and go south towards the airport. This part of the avenue has a wide green island in the middle. After half a mile you will see on the right a "new" city hall office building. After this building, you need to find the second return and make a left so that you find yourself going north on that same avenue. La Rueda will be a small house on a corner on your right. If you go around lunch time, a good pointer would be the nice cars parked around it.
