Notes: We tried it out for lunch. Delicious fresh agua de sandia, ice tea. Of the three people in our party, two had chicken dishes and one had white fish. The fish was in a sauce of pipian (pumpkin seed) and was perfect! The chicken with herbs was simple and perfectly cooked; the chicken florentina was not as well received. Fresh steamed veggies and delicious mashed potatoes accompanied each dish. The meals ranged from $82 to $98 pesos. There were soups and salads on the menu too, but we didn't try those this time.

According to the menu, breakfast includes granola, eggs fixed a number of ways, quesadillas, enchiladas, chilaquiles and pancakes.

The owner, Salvador, proudly pointed out that the chef is his grown daughter.

I guess we didn't correct it. But we did... anyway, yes, NORTH of the hotel zone.

Your listing says south of the Hotel zone but directions say travel north past the hotel zone....little correction needed. Great job by the way.
