Merida Events: Happy Birthday, Progreso!
This Week... starting June 30, 2014
In The City
This week marks the celebration of the 143 Anniversary of the Municipality of Progreso, which means that summer vacation has unofficially begun and the beaches of Yucatan are the destinations of choice for the next six to eight weeks. The schedule for beach entertainment is never set in stone. You can count on beach soccer, volleyball, and sporting events (canoe, kayak, wind surf, etc) during the day and music at night, and that’s about as specific as it gets until last minute announcements. We’ll do our best to bring those last minute announcements to you on our Facebook page.
