Probably the most well-known and accomplished American artist in Merida is Georgia Charuhas, who has lived in Mexico most of her life. Her latest work will be exhibited in a show in one of the most pretigious museums in Mexico City... paintings and drawings entitled "The Other History of Alice", with reference to Alice in Wonderland. Georgia's work is evocative, magical and masterful. And most likely some of the work is for sale. Come to the opening and collect some beautiful artwork from a master and a local legend!
