Classics: Learn to cook traditional Mexican cuisine

The classes are designed for people who love to cook as well as learn about the wide variety of unusual produce available on the Yucatan Peninsula. They will help you to experience the many exotic local ingredients and learn how to add them to your own cooking.

All classes are from 9am to 1pm (a meal is served at the end of class)
