The Field Marketing Coordinator is an employee of MCI whose main objective is to help CCM accelerate the development of Molson Coors brands in key markets in Mexico, in accordance with the shared accountability model that guides the business relationship between CCM and MCI.
The major functions of this position are: to ensure the brand receives an above average return on investment in the marketplace; to assist the field sales force in meeting corporate volume targets; to ensure that the brand is reflected and executed in the marketplace in a manner that is consistent with the stated brand direction, equities and image; and to provide a communication conduit between the CCM field sales force, the Field Marketing Manager and CCM's brand team in either Merida or Chihuahua.
